A data center is coming to DeSoto, KS and our client needs a sharp, experienced Project Manager to own the workforce transportation program from the ground up. We're talking buses, vans, drivers, vendors, routes, schedules, and safety all under your watch. Base salary range is $80,000 to $86,000 and with bonuses we are projecting $105K + first year.

What You'll Own:

• Daily scheduling & dispatch for a large multi-vehicle fleet
• Vendor and driver performance management
• DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety protocols
• Coordination with site leadership and general contractors
• Hiring the right people to drive.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years managing a team. It doesn't have to be transportation based but some knowledge helps.
• Experience in construction, industrial, or large workforce environments
• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Cool under pressure. Strong communicator. Detail obsessed
