Nexus Dynamic is looking for a low voltage BMS/EPMS Installation Electrician. You need to be able to install EMT, cable tray, j-hooks and other electrical pathways.
We move fast. We do NOT cut corners on safety or our people.
Can you do this?
- Be a part of a crew of installers/techs installing low voltage, BMS and EPMS systems controls, sensors, controllers, metering, low-voltage cabling, terminations
- Read drawings, follow a plan and keep up with the crew
- Hold the line on quality
- Attend daily huddles, toolbox talks, and safety checks and shut it down if it's not safe
What it takes:
- Proven experience in electrical, controls, BMS or EPMS installation
- Data center construction experience you know the pace, the standards, and the scrutiny
- Strong safety mindset and pride in taking care of those around you
- Ability to read prints, specs, and submittals and turn them into a work plan
- OSHA 30 is a strong plus.
