Warehouse Operator

Job Details:

• Job Title: Receiver / Warehouse Operator
• Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton, MA 01720
• Contract Duration: 3 Months
• Pay Rate: $26/hr on W2
• Shift: D Shift – Weekend Night Shift
• Work Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Standard Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving-related transactions in SAP with accuracy.
• Coordinate the receipt of raw materials and supplies with assigned carriers.
• Safely operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks.
• Operate a company box truck between facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Follow safety procedures and report equipment malfunctions or workplace hazards.
• Support warehouse workflow to meet operational demands.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience and ability to obtain forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card and operate a company box truck.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience preferred or willingness to learn.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and bending for up to 12 hours per shift.
