Project Manager

Pro-Tec Electric Corp is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical projects from planning through successful completion.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project execution end-to-end, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with quality and budget expectations. This role coordinates internal teams and subcontractors, manages project communications, and helps remove obstacles that could impact timelines or outcomes.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear plans, tracking progress, and driving consistent performance across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, milestones, and day-to-day activities to ensure timely delivery

• Monitor project scope, costs, schedules, and progress; identify risks early and implement corrective actions

• Coordinate scheduling and resources with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow

• Ensure project compliance with safety practices, jobsite standards, and quality expectations

• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, changes, and outcomes

• Proven experience managing projects in a construction or field-based environment

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Sound understanding of project planning, scheduling, and basic cost control principles

• Ability to work onsite in Ft Worth, TX and support jobsite operations as needed

• Experience with electrical contracting projects or related field operations

• Familiarity with jobsite safety management and quality control processes

• Ability to interpret project documentation and translate requirements into actionable plans

• Track record of maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery

• Experience supporting change management and documentation for scope or schedule adjustments
