Position Details
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day, evening, and night shifts available
Hours: 30+ hours per week
Weekend availability required; every other weekend

Haven of Ridgeview is a qualifying facility for the federal Nurses for Nursing Homes program, administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Eligible nurses may qualify for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment and a $10,000 stipend, for a potential total of up to $50,000 in financial incentives.
The program is designed to strengthen the nursing home workforce while supporting nurses who are committed to caring for residents in long-term care settings.

Important: The federal incentive program has a separate application and eligibility process. Applying for an RN position at Haven of Ridgeview does not constitute an application for the federal incentive. Incentive awards are subject to CMS eligibility requirements, approval, funding availability, and applicable service and work-hour commitments.
