SAP FICO Lead

Location: King of Prussia, PA (Remote; travel may be required)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to lead SAP Finance and Controlling workstreams for a large-scale global transformation and rollout program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience managing global implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance and controlling requirements.

• Design and configure SAP FI and CO solutions based on business needs.

• Manage end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions with finance teams.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM.

• Drive issue resolution, defect management, and system stabilization.

• Mentor and guide functional consultants and offshore teams.

• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes are met.

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Asset Accounting (AA)

• Bank Accounting

• New GL / S/4HANA Finance

SAP CO Modules:

• Cost Center Accounting

• Profit Center Accounting

• Internal Orders

• Product Costing

• Profitability Analysis (COPA)

Additional Requirements:

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.

• Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PP, FSCM, Treasury, and Tax.

• Experience with global rollout programs and multi-country deployments.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.

• Experience in FSCM, Treasury, Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Advanced Financial Closing.

• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods.

• Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.

• 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.

• Minimum 3–5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

• Proven experience leading teams and managing client-facing engagements.

• Ability to work effectively with global business and IT stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
