Mobile Pet Groomer

Love animals and want a career on the move? As a Mobile Pet Groomer, you'll bring professional grooming directly to pets and their families across the Decatur/Stone Mountain area. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who finds joy in transforming a shaggy coat into a clean, comfortable, and happy companion, all from a fully equipped mobile grooming unit that lets you build genuine relationships with clients one driveway at a time.

Each day, you'll travel to scheduled appointments and provide complete grooming services in a calm, one-on-one setting that reduces stress for pets. You'll be the friendly face clients look forward to seeing, and the trusted hands their pets rely on.

• Perform full-service grooming, including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, and breed-specific styling for dogs (cats not required but appreciated!)
• Trim nails, clean ears, and attend to other routine hygiene needs with patience and care.
• Safely handle animals of varying temperaments, sizes, and breeds, adjusting your approach to keep each pet comfortable.
• Monitor pets for signs of skin conditions, parasites, or health concerns and communicate observations to owners.
• Operate the mobile grooming vehicle and its equipment, keeping the workspace clean, sanitary, and well-stocked.
• Offer friendly, professional service and helpful grooming advice to pet owners.

We welcome groomers who take pride in their craft and treat every pet as if it were their own. If you combine technical skill with a warm, dependable attitude, you'll thrive here.

• Prior experience in professional pet grooming, with the ability to perform a range of cuts and styles.
• Comfort and confidence handling animals, including those who may be nervous or difficult.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong time-management skills and the independence to run your route with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear, friendly communication with pet owners.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move for extended periods while handling pets and equipment.
• A commitment to safety, cleanliness, and the wellbeing of every animal in your care.
• Pet CPR and first aid certification a plus
• Cat grooming a plus

This is a rewarding opportunity for a groomer who wants variety, independence, and the satisfaction of making a real difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them. If you're ready to turn your passion for animals into a mobile career, we'd love to hear from you.
