We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our established, successful firm in Bradenton, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to assist with existing client relationships, support meaningful client meetings, and help prepare appropriate recommendations that help clients achieve their financial goals. We work with families and small business owners to create appropriate investment plans, save on taxes, prepare for retirement, and protect personal and business assets. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Building trust and maintaining regular communication to understand evolving needs and goals
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Review client tax returns, analyze financial plans for improvement opportunities, and assess the impact of recommended strategies on client financial outcomes
• Data Gathering & Documentation: Collect and organize client information necessary for comprehensive financial planning, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Strategic Recommendations: Develop tailored financial strategies aligned with client goals, including investment planning, tax optimization, retirement preparation, and asset protection
• Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with our clients' CPAs, estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, and insurance professionals to ensure integrated, holistic financial planning
• Process Implementation: Monitor progress toward client goals, adjusting as circumstances change

Qualifications:

• Two years experience in a wealth management firm, one year as a paraplanner
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• FINRA licenses are a bonus
• Demonstrated experience with financial planning software required; knowledge of eMoney, Holistplan, LPL platform are preferred
• Strong understanding of the financial planning process, including tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance planning and investment strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
• Careful listening skills
• Ability to work autonomously within an area of responsibility, as well as collaboratively to contribute to the overall client experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
