Care Delivery LPN

Insight Global is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a clinical care team and provide hands-on support to patients in an outpatient setting. This individual will assist with patient intake, obtain vitals and medical histories, prepare patients for exams, perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, administer medications and immunizations, and provide basic clinical care such as wound care. The LPN will also support prescription refills and renewals, prior authorizations, scheduling, follow-up calls, telehealth needs, and accurate documentation of patient care.
