Functional Leadership & Domain Experience
Life Sciences / Healthcare Domain: Minimum 7+ years of experience leading data initiatives focused on HCP/HCO mastery, aggregate spend/compliance tracking, and market access dynamics.
Ecosystem Expertise: Hands-on history of leading large-scale integrations between MDM platforms and Veeva Systems or Salesforce ecosystems, alongside a mature understanding of commercial data vendor schemas.
Regulatory & Compliance Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory guardrails impacting life sciences data (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP).
