2ND SHIFT : 4:30PM-3:00AM, Mon-Thurs
Responsibilities
- Tests and inspects products according to quality and safety standards.
- Populates inspection reports with test results as displayed on testing interfaces.
- Records non-conforming material within the proper logs and alerting supervisor as required.
- Ensures that products are tested within timely manner.
- Performs necessary transactions in ERP system to maintain accurate inventory.
- Ensures test equipment is within calibration and functioning safely and properly.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and trainings.
- Maintains a clean and orderly workspace within the test room.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Experience as an Inspection or quality technician
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, etc. preferred
You should be proficient in:
- Mechanical Testing
- Precision Measurement & Inspection
- Blueprint Reading
