As a Dishwasher & Food Prep Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dishwashing: Wash, sanitize, and store kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment while maintaining health and safety standards.
• Food Preparation: Assist in prepping fresh ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning vegetables and other items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Keep the kitchen spotless by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and storage areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Support Kitchen Staff: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to provide supplies and ingredients during service hours, ensuring smooth operations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor kitchen supply levels, assist with stock rotation, and notify supervisors of low inventory to avoid disruptions.
• Health Standards: Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation practices, including proper food handling techniques.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient and positive workflow.

We’re searching for a motivated individual with the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Passion for Healthy Living: Enthusiasm for organic and natural foods, with a willingness to learn about our products and processes.
