Weekend Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Position Overview:
The Weekend CSR / Dispatcher will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, scheduling electrical service appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring our customers receive excellent service.

This position requires someone who is exceptional on the phone, comfortable using computers, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly, professional, and confident manner.
• Schedule service appointments and accurately enter customer information.
• Dispatch electrical technicians to service calls based on availability, location, and priority.
• Communicate effectively with technicians throughout their shifts.
• Provide customers with updates regarding appointment times and technician arrivals.
• Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and dispatch software.
• Follow up with customers when necessary.
• Represent Gardner Electrical with professionalism and a positive attitude.
