• Assist in the fabrication, finishing, and handling of countertop materials, including granite, quartz, and solid surfaces.

• Operate production tools, machinery, and equipment with proper training.

• Move, stage, and prepare materials throughout the manufacturing process.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Perform additional general labor and production duties as assigned.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials safely.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Willingness to learn new skills and follow established safety procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma
• 2-4 years of experience in a production machinery environment
• Some software and programming knowledge
• Experience with cutting and polishing tools
• Detail oriented
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Good math skills

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work while standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
• Ability to move and carry substantial parts on varied surfaces
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to safely operate overhead crane
• Ability to follow all safety requirements
• Ability to use measuring tools
