Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years in a cement operation
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Applications
- Good math and logic skills
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE
Responsibilities
- Monitor operations of systems, processes, tests, production rates, and equipment
- Ensure kiln and mill operation is in compliance with MSHA and company safety standards
- Monitor laboratory test results and take corrective action as necessary
- Manipulate controls to maintain optimum production rates
- Detect indications of equipment malfunction and report malfunctions to supervisors
