Pay Rate
Local: $34–$37/hr
Traveler: $39–$42/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation using PCC.
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license.
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
• Familiarity with PCC charting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
