Available Shifts: Weekend Day Shift, 7am-3pm

Salary Range: $50/hr to $60/hr

Responsibilities of theWeekend RN Supervisor - LTC:

• Will provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements

  • Supervise and support nursing staff during the assigned shift.

  • Oversee resident care and ensure that nursing needs are being met.

  • Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status.

  • Assist with clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.

  • Ensure proper medication administration and adherence to nursing standards.

  • Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and facility management as needed.

  • Address staffing and clinical issues that arise during the shift.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications of the Weekend RN Supervisor - LTC:

• Must have current New York RN license

• Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred

• Must have long term care or skilled nursing facility experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
