HIRING: Construction Project Manager
Atlanta, GA | 100% Travel
Salary - $125K - $150K/annually
You know what it takes to turn complex plans into successful builds. Bring that expertise to your next challenge.
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who can lead teams, navigate demanding schedules, and keep safety, quality, and budgets moving in the right direction.
Working alongside EPC and program leadership, you’ll guide construction delivery from early planning through commissioning, final handover, and warranty support. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys being close to the work, building strong client relationships, and taking ownership when the stakes are high.
Where you’ll make an impact:
  • Lead construction delivery: Coordinate daily operations across one or more projects, aligning field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering partners.
  • Set the standard for safety and quality: Establish clear expectations, monitor performance, and address issues before they affect the project.
  • Own project performance: Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, productivity, earned value, and changes to keep work on track.
  • Drive planning and procurement: Help shape execution plans, staffing, site logistics, equipment needs, subcontractor scopes, and bid evaluations.
  • Manage contracts and project risk: Support negotiations, oversee contract administration, and resolve issues involving RFIs, submittals, changes, and closeout.
  • Build confidence with clients: Communicate progress clearly, manage expectations, and maintain productive relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Develop strong field teams: Mentor emerging leaders, coordinate craft staffing and training, and manage labor requirements and trade relationships.
  • Finish strong: Coordinate startup and commissioning, turnover records, warranty administration, and final project documentation.
What you’ll bring:
  • 7+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Applicable experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and detailed project information in a demanding environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Ability to meet company driving requirements.
  • Availability for 100% travel and assignment to project sites as required.
Experience that will help you stand out
A background delivering construction or program management projects in aviation, commercial facilities, manufacturing, energy, government, oil and gas, process industries, transportation, utilities, or water. Experience using scheduling, cost management, document control, and project management software is also preferred.
