Welder - Stairs and Rails

R&R Fabrication is hiring experienced welders for steel stairs, railings, and miscellaneous metals.

We need people with hands-on stair and rail welding experience who work independently and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Weld stairs, railings, and related steel components.

• Follow shop drawings and welding instructions.

• Clean and grind welds as needed.

• Check weld quality and complete work to shop standards.

• Keep work areas clean and follow shop safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous stair and rail welding experience required.

• Follow drawings and work independently.

• Produce clean, consistent welds.

• Reliable attendance and transportation.

• Live within reasonable commuting distance of Prince Frederick.
