Experienced Remodeler

I am looking for someone that has experience in all phases of remodeling. Someone with good work ethics, reliable, neat, polite, and honest.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to make it to work on time or early!

I am looking for someone to work full time as a subcontractor meaning you would receive a 1099 at the end of the year. Having Liability Insurance is a plus.

Our main scope of work is bathroom and kitchens but we do many other things as well. The right person should be somewhat knowledgeable in the processes of renovating from demo to finish trim.

Someone with experience in plumbing and electric is a big plus! Also, if you know how to spackle and paint, that is also a big plus! I have a good reputation with many great customers. I need someone that likes to do good work and takes pride in what they do. I need someone to show up Every Day. Someone to handle some responsibility. Possibly to be left alone on the job from time to time and know what needs to be done.

If you think your that guy, please respond. We can talk more about the job and discus wages.

If you don't have any experience, can't make it to work on time, don't have a vehicle, or just looking to put your time in and get a paycheck, don't bother applying.

Ed's Building and Remodeling has been operating for 30 years. Mostly residential remodeling or repair work. We do many bathroom and kitchen projects over the course of the year.
