Assistant Manager

At Once Upon A Child, we specialize in providing families with high-quality, gently used children’s clothing, toys, and accessories at affordable prices. Located in Warwick, RI, we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team and help us create a welcoming and organized shopping experience.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our store. You’ll assist with supervising team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment. From helping customers find the perfect items to managing inventory and supporting sales goals, your leadership will help ensure the store runs smoothly. You’ll also work closely with the Store Manager to implement policies, procedures, and promotions that align with our mission and values.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable leading a team and solving problems on the go
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
