Job Summary:

  • Position Requirements for Management Analyst supporting Naval Test Wing Atlantic and NAVAIR Aircraft Controlling Custodian Office.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Substitution for bachelor’s degree will be minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in addition to the required minimum years of experience.

Experience Required:

  • Experience on matters relating to operations, maintenance and/or safety of aircraft.

  • Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.

Essential Duties:

  • Draft Program Objective Memorandums.
  • Advise the ACCO on identified funding shortfalls, assess impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Experience with Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) funds and budget planning for test pilot readiness, aircraft, and support equipment sustainment.
  • Knowledge of U.S.C., Navy, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) statutes and policies related to the continuing airworthiness of aircraft operations associated with military and contracted civil aircraft conducting Public and State Aircraft operations in support of Title 10.

Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $60,000- $110,00 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
