Restaurant Kitchen Manager Chef Dayshift Only

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager/Chef to join ourMaple Leaf Diner Team! You willWork with your Team and coordinate the all aspects of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Work in trenches with your team
• Cook on the line
• Monitor quality of products coming in and food going out
• Insure we have well trained team
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Maintain health & Mike's standards for raw and finished products

Qualifications:

• Be a Bad Ass Line Cook
• Willing to work on the line Daily
• Willing to do Dishes
• Knowledge of common food safety practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must speak Spanish
• Must be a people person able to handle multiple personalities and ensure everyone works together as a team
• Must be a genuinely a nice person, with family values

Benefits:

• Pay: $50k-$80K based on experience
