Job Summary
The mission of a Roving Assistant Self-Storage Property Manager is to continuetogrow our operational excellence and drive property performance.This position will be inPhenix City,AL.Managers utilize strong interpersonal skills while interacting with customers, assisting them in identifying storage needs while providing real-time, cost-effective solutions.Resolving issues, answering questions, and providing general informationregardingour company and policies are included in daily responsibilities.Managers are active during the day, taking time to inspect, clean out and prepare units for lease, andmaintainingthe property grounds and buildings.Ensuring the highest standard of quality in cleanliness, safety, and visual appearance is a priority.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve 60% lead & reservation to move in conversion ratio

• Achieve andmaintain92%-unitoccupancy or higher and continue to grow revenue month over month

• Maintain 4% or less monthly delinquency

• Perform grassroots marketing in the local area and attend community events

• Day to day light maintenance and repairof the facility including routine inspections adhering to audit standards

• Create excellence in Customer Experience, with a mindset of being customer centric

• Promote and drive awareness of theFreeUpStorage brand

• Ability to keep andmaintainaccuratedigital records

• Business Acumen – Ability to research and understand state lien laws to stay up to date with local and state requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s license
• High School Diplomarequired,
• Must be available to workSaturdays(will be off Sunday and weekday)

• Competitive Full Time Hourly Rate: $18- $19.5per hour.
