Classification: Hourly – Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Position Summary:

Solenoid Solutions specializes in custom solenoid valves and manifold solutions for OEM customers. We are seeking an organized, dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy and exceptional customer service.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering customer purchase orders into our order management system and interfacing with the Sales Team, Customers, and the Operations Team to handle escalations, expedites, and special requests. This will also include monitoring certain customers external "portals "and revising forecasted orders in the ERP system according to customer data. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This position plays an important role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and delivering the responsive, reliable service our customers expect.

Essential Job Duties:

• Enter new customer orders.
• Calculate customer lead times and ship dates.
• Accurately enter new customer purchase orders and ERP order releases into the Company's EPICOR ERP System.

• Confirm orders to customers via email

• Monitor weekly forecast data from specific customers and update in ERP accordingly
