Title: Call Center Scheduler

Location: Novato, CA

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Interview process: One round virtual interview

Compensation: $23 - $25 ( depending on years of experience and education)

Must haves

• One year of relevant healthcare experience, preferably in scheduling, patient access, or a similar patient-facing role.
• One of customer service experience over the phone or in person
• High school diploma

Pluses

• Epic experience or previous electronic medical records experience
• Secondary education beyond high school
• Experience with heavy phone volume, scheduling, verifying insurance eligibility and preparing medical records

Job Description

The Call Center Scheduler greets patients verbally on the phone and responds to patients in a timely manner. Provides exceptional customer service, to include courteous, helpful, accurate, and proactive communication and problem-solving for patients to ensure that their health care is provided in the most effective and timely manner possible.
