We’re working with a growing injection molding manufacturer in the Menomonee Falls area that is looking to add an experienced Team Leader to their team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong injection molding background who can coach and develop a small team while keeping production running smoothly.
Compensation: $80k to $100k
Shift: Must be willing to work an off-shift
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Lead and develop a small team of production employees
? Coach team members and provide training and feedback
? Complete performance evaluations
? Support production goals, quality, and process improvements
? Serve as the technical resource for the team
Requirements
? Injection molding experience required
? Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
? Strong technical knowledge of the molding process
? Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and generate results
