Store Manager

With four thriving thrift store locations serving West Michigan, we’re looking for an inspiring leader to help us grow and achieve our goals.

As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our store operates smoothly while fostering a positive and uplifting environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing shifts.
• Managing inventory, merchandising, and maintaining an organized, welcoming store layout.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Training and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential.
• Assisting with physical tasks such as lifting 50+ lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for motivating and inspiring a team to achieve goals.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• A commitment to our mission and values as a nonprofit Christian ministry.
