Description:
This role supports major capital projects within the SPS region, with a focus on quality assurance for large-scale construction and renewable energy initiatives.
The Program Manager III will report directly to the hiring manager and oversee quality compliance across high-value projects.
Manage quality assurance for projects exceeding $100M.
Conduct vendor surveillance and shop audits.
Ensure adherence to quality standards across renewables and power plant projects.
Act as a subject matter expert and quality champion within the team.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in project management or quality assurance.
Experience with renewables and large capital projects.
High-risk role due to field and plant presence; travel reimbursements provided, no per diem.
Extensive experience in project management and quality assurance.
Familiarity with industrial construction and vendor oversight.
Strong leadership and communication skills in a non-authoritative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools.
