Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise home health clinical staff and daily nursing operations.
- Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Monitor patient outcomes, care quality, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
