Position Overview
A growing, industry-leading manufacturer is seeking a CNC Multi-Axis Programmer to support advanced machining operations in a precision manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled programmer with strong 3-, 4-, and 5-axis experience who enjoys optimizing processes, solving complex machining challenges, and making a direct impact on production performance
Key Responsibilities
- Program and optimize CNC machining operations using Siemens NX CAM.
- Develop tooling, setup sheets, and manufacturing documentation.
- Support new product launches, first-piece validations, and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure successful manufacturing outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining.
- Proficiency with Siemens NX CAM.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
- Experience optimizing machining processes and tooling strategies
- Vericut a huge plus
