Warehouse Picker Packer

We have an immediate need for a Warehouse Picker at our growing RC toy e-commerce company located in Faribault. This position is available immediately and scheduled to go through at least the end of January 2027. This role is a perfect fit for seasonal positions, retired and or stay-at-home individuals looking to make extra money. SUMMARY

Warehouse Picker is responsible for selecting and preparing items for customer orders in a warehouse setting. This includes locating products using order forms, physically retrieving them, and packing them for shipment while ensuring accuracy and packing standards set forth by the company. The role often requires physical stamina and attention to detail, with duties that can also include general warehouse tasks and the operation of various equipment. The individual will help with other daily warehouse tasks as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Order fulfillment: Use paper requests to locate and collect specific items from warehouse shelves or bins
• Accuracy and quality control: Ensure the correct item and quantity of products are picked for each order
• Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues
• Follow all safety protocols and report any issues to maintain a safe working environment.
• Required frequently: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Use computer system to scan orders and generate required paperwork

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse experience a plus but not required
• Knowledge of Office products; Word, Excel

Must be able to pass criminal background check.
