About the Role:
Revolve Cycling Studio in Troy, MI is looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as Revolve Experience Partners! We Currently have a position open for Monday 11:30AM - 1:00PM, Thursday 9AM - 10:30AM, Friday 11:30AM -1PM. Additional AM and PM may be available as well.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome riders, creating a warm and energizing studio atmosphere
- Assist members with class check-ins, bookings, and account management
- Educate new and existing members on studio offerings, packages, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and studio spaces
- Handle retail sales including apparel, accessories.
- Support instructors and management to ensure smooth class operations
- Resolve member concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
Requirements:
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Availability for morning, Mid Day weekend shifts
- Familiarity with fitness studio management software & Gmail is a plus
