We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and experienced RN Unit Manager to join a skilled nursing facility in Lockport, NY!

This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional who enjoys mentoring staff, overseeing clinical operations, and making a meaningful impact on resident care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Oversee daily nursing unit operations and resident care
Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and nursing staff
Collaborate closely with the DON and ADON
Conduct clinical rounds and monitor quality of care
Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
Coordinate care plans and communicate with residents and families
Support staff training, orientation, and professional development

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Active New York State RN License
Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience
Current CPR Certification
Strong clinical leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Passion for delivering exceptional resident care
