Manufacturing Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and blend chemical batches according to designated formulas.
• Measure and mix raw materials accurately using weight scales and measurements.
• Operate production equipment, including mixers, fillers, pumps, and dispersers.
• Perform batch filling, filtering, sampling, and labeling.
• Maintain production records and document batch adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Assist with loading and unloading bulk materials and finished products.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on chemical mixing or paint manufacturing experience is required.
• 5+ years of chemical plant or paint-making experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good mathematical skills and ability to measure chemicals accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts and two weekends per month.
• Must be comfortable using respiratory protection and other PPE.

Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
