We are a prestigious Washington, DC law firm specializing in personal injury litigation, and we are seeking a paralegal to assist in handling pre-suit personal injury claims.Duties will include handling potential new client intake calls, analyzing liability and damages, and reporting to the attorneys, managing the scheduling of new client meetings, assisting with medical record retrieval, and preparing demands.

Requirements:

• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, as the position requires extensive contact with clients.
• Must be able to manage a high-volume caseload, with strong attention to detail.
• Must be a team player and able to function in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
