Senior Electronics Engineer

Senior Electronics Engineer opportunity for a privately held electronics company in Kennesaw that’s scaling fast. This is a role with real technical depth and a clear growth path.

Day-to-day you’re doing embedded firmware (C/Python on STM32, ESP32, ARM, PIC), PCB design and schematic reconstruction, board-level troubleshooting and rework, and automated test development. You’ll also design a universal test platform for their full product line and contribute to new product architecture as the company expands into new markets.

Growth path is Technical Manager or Principal Engineer both hands-on with a bonus structure that scales with the profitability of what you build.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in embedded firmware development and board-level hardware
• Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout
• Comfortable in both firmware (C/Python, RTOS, microcontrollers) and hardware (rework, component-level debug)
• Hands-on with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG
• UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, Ethernet experience

Nice to have:

• IoT/wireless connectivity experience (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi)
• Experience designing test fixtures or automated validation systems
• Personal electronics projects or hobbyist builds genuinely valued here
