Shipping And Receiving Associate-Immediate Hiring

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips

Prepare and process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers

Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records using ERP/WMS systems

Organize and manage stockroom inventory to ensure efficient operations

Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipments and inventory needs

Process domestic and international shipping documentation, including customs-related paperwork

Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities

Identify and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues

2+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment

2+ years of ERP/WMS experience for inventory and shipment tracking

Experience working with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers

Strong inventory control and stockroom management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with shipping documentation

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate shipping and inventory systems

Strong communication and organizational skills

International shipping and U.S. Customs documentation

Inventory allocation and stock control processes

Experience in a structured manufacturing or distribution environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
