Indigo at Grissom is hiring a motivated, outgoing Leasing Professional to join our team in Huntsville, AL. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a natural ability to sell, and knows how to turn a great customer experience into a successful sale.
No apartment leasing experience? No problem! If you have experience in retail sales, hospitality, banking, automotive sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role, we can teach you the apartment industry.

What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective residents and help them find their next home
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community features
- Follow up with prospective residents and turn leads into leases
- Build relationships through excellent customer service and sales skills
- Prepare and complete lease agreements
- Assist with resident move-ins and provide a positive experience
- Help maintain an attractive, welcoming leasing office and model apartments
- Support marketing, outreach, and leasing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience required
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Outgoing personality and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and social media
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to walk the community and climb stairs as needed
- Availability to work Saturdays
