Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and support patient care within a Cardiac Surgical Stepdown unit in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have strong cardiac stepdown experience, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate staffing, patient flow, and clinical operations.
Position Details

- Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts per week
- Weekend Schedule: Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday
- Starting Pay: $40.12 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff, resources, and daily unit operations.
- Coordinate staffing needs and adjust coverage for current and upcoming shifts.
- Manage patient placement, bed availability, transfers, and patient flow.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
- Coach, counsel, and evaluate nursing personnel.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and clinical procedures.
- Communicate with staff, patients, families, and hospital leadership.
- Identify staff training needs and support in-service education.
- Participate in quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Oklahoma or multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 1–2 years of related experience.
- At least 2 years of Cardiac Surgical Stepdown experience required.
- Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating unit operations.
- Knowledge of disease management, biopsychosocial care, and clinical pathways
