LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a manufacturing company looking for a Temp Recruiter in the Dallas TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity, apply with us today!

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for high-volume hourly, production, warehouse, skilled labor, and manufacturing positions.

  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, hiring events, and other recruiting channels.

  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate experience, availability, and overall fit.

  • Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing hiring needs.

  • Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.

  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.

  • Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and other high-volume recruiting initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting hourly or labor-intensive positions.

  • Previous recruiting experience within a manufacturing or production environment is required.

  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing multiple open positions simultaneously.

  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience working with an ATS and common recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed.

  • Ability to partner effectively with operations and hiring managers.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

  • Employment Type: 4-6 month contract assignment

  • Compensation: $30-35/hr.

  • Location: Dallas, TX 75236
