We're looking for friendly, motivated, and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives!
No previous customer service experience is required. We provide hands-on training!
What You'll Do
- Interact with community members in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
- Represent nonprofit organizations and communicate their missions and initiatives.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about nonprofit campaigns.
- Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication.
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for members of the public.
- Participate in community outreach events and promotional campaigns.
- Work alongside team members to achieve campaign goals.
- Develop customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
