About the Role

You'll support a high-volume litigation practice in Kentucky and Ohio, handling e-filing, court scheduling, and document preparation. This is law firm collections work, not call-center collections.

What You'll Do

• Draft and file complaints, affidavits, motions, and exhibits
• E-file in Kentucky and Ohio courts
• Schedule hearings and manage deadlines
• Maintain case files and support attorneys
• Edit and prepare documents in Adobe PDF

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm
• Law firm legal collections experience
• E-filing experience
• Experience scheduling court hearings
• Strong Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe skills

Helpful Experience

• Kentucky e-filing experience (Ohio is a plus)
• Legal software such as Clio or CollectMax

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person role in Northern Kentucky.

Compensation

$21–$32 per hour, based on experience, plus the benefits above.
