Position Summary
Our client is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations for one of their threeseparate molding departments... Injection Molding, Rotational Molding, and Compression Molding. This role oversees shift production, supervises operators and technicians, drives quality and safety compliance, and supports continuous improvement across the floor.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise shift production to hit quality, delivery, and output targets
• Oversee setup, operation, and basic maintenance of molding machines and related equipment
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators, assemblers, and technicians
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance on the floor
• Drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement to boost uptime and throughput
Key Skills
• Manufacturing supervision and team leadership
• Molding and production equipment knowledge (injection or rotational molding)
• Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
Additional Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in manufacturing or engineering preferred
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, injection molding ideal
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
• Forklift certification preferred
