About the Role

You'll handle civil litigation in Indiana and Kentucky, with responsibility matched to your experience. The firm emphasizes strategic planning, efficient case management, strong motion practice, and courtroom advocacy, with close teamwork and modern legal technology.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Take and defend depositions
• Research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Analyze complex legal issues and build case strategy
• Keep clients informed through strong communication and case management

What We're Looking For

• Admission to the Indiana or Kentucky bar
• Excellent analysis, research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Helpful Experience

• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Admission in both Indiana and Kentucky

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in New Albany, Indiana, just across the river from Louisville. Hybrid arrangements may be available after a training period.

Compensation

$82,000–$104,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and the benefits above.
