The Opportunity: Apartment Leasing Specialist -2 Years of Leasing experience at a residential apartment complex needed!

JCMLiving is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focusedApartment Leasing Specialist to join our busy leasing center.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping people find a place they're proud to call home. Whether you're looking to launch your career in property management or take your leasing experience to the next level, you'll find the support, training, and opportunity to succeed with JCMLiving.

You'll work alongside a dynamic team in a beautiful leasing environment, guiding prospective residents through the leasing journeyfrom the first hello to the signed lease!

And the best part? Your success is rewarded! This position offers a competitive base salary PLUS commission, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you achieve your leasing goals.

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and create an outstanding first impression.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and generate leasing opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct engaging property tours.
• Follow up with prospects and turn inquiries into successful leases.
• Showcase apartment homes, highlight community amenities, and close rentals.
• Prepare leases and handle related administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain computer records, manage leads, and keep prospect information organized.
• Build positive relationships with current residents.
• Assist with rent collection and resident account inquiries.
• Coordinate and respond to resident service requests.
• Help plan and execute exciting resident events and community activities.

What We're Looking For

• 2 Years of Residential Leasing experienceA friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships.
• Strong sales skills and the confidence to close a deal.
• Previous sales, customer service, or apartment leasing experience is a plus.
• Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed!
