Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated
Warehouse/Retail Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. This position
Responsibilities- Receive and unload inbound parts/material from vendors
- Check packing lists against orders and verify accuracy; document damaged or missing parts/material
- Maintain inventory in appropriate/designated warehouse areas
- Pick parts and materials for construction and service teams, as well as affiliated subcontractors
- Perform cycle counts and notify manager of reorders as necessary
- Organize and maintain a safe, clean and orderly warehouse and yard where access to inventory can be made with ease
- Occasional delivery of parts/materials to job sites
- Sales to customers of chemicals and parts in our retail/water lab
- Refresh the retail area and regularly manage product presentation
- Occasional phone answering
- Filing
Qualifications- High school diploma/GED is preferred
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
- Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
