Delivery Driver - Amazon DSP | $24.50/hr | Paid Training | Van & Fuel Provided

Starting pay: $24.50 per hour

Full-time | Expected hours: 36–45 per week

$300 Peak Season Hiring Bonus

Drivers hired between November 1 and December 31, 2026, can earn a $300 bonus, paid in three parts: $100 after completing training, $100 after your first month, and $100 after your second month. You must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of each payment.

9-Hour Route Completion Incentive

Finish your route early and you may still be paid for up to 9 hours. Drivers who safely complete their assigned work and meet FARD’s attendance, safety, quality, and performance standards may receive incentive pay equal to up to 9 hours for the day. Eligibility requirements apply. Route length and finish times are not guaranteed.

Schedule

Shifts are planned for approximately 10 hours. Actual hours and finish times vary based on route assignments, delivery conditions, and completion of all assigned duties.

What you’ll need

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• No CDL required
• Be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs using safe lifting practices
• Be comfortable with frequent walking, stairs, bending, and getting in and out of the van throughout your shift
• Be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

What do Delivery Drivers do

• Safely operate your delivery van, following traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Load, organize, and unload the packages for your route.
• Use a mobile device for navigation, delivery instructions, and updates.
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses with care and professionalism.
• Keep your van clean and organized, and promptly report safety concerns or delivery issues.
• Work independently on your route while staying in touch with our operations team.
