Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break)
Pay: $15–$18 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses
About Us Hendrix & Smyth Insurance, LLC is a growing Allstate insurance agency in Pelham, Alabama. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated customer service representative to join our team.
We believe in taking care of our customers and our employees. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and being part of a team that rewards hard work and great customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with insurance questions, billing, payments, and policy changes.
- Help with renewals, claims questions, and general insurance needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google reviews.
- Identify and generate referral opportunities for the agency.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on outstanding requests.
Compensation & Benefits- $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience.
