Zebulon Park is seeking an outgoing, motivated Leasing Professional to help prospective residents find their next home. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, connecting with people, and creating a great customer experience, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective residents and showcase available apartments through engaging property tours
- Build relationships with prospects and turn inquiries into leases
- Follow up with prospective residents and help move applications through the leasing process
- Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and assist with renewals
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Maintain attractive, welcoming leasing offices, model apartments, and community spaces
- Assist with resident events, outreach, and daily property operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience required
- Apartment leasing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
- LIHTC or Ohio Tax Credit experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude and confidence interacting with people
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- High school diploma or GED
